QR marketing for brands and manufacturers

A QR code on packaging usually leads to a website or a promotion. A Cryptoscope QR code gives the buyer a collectible item — a Crypto Sticker with a unique number that stays in their account.

The customer journey

  1. Product

The buyer chooses a product with a Cryptoscope label on the packaging.

  2. Cryptoscope QR code

A specific Crypto Sticker is assigned to the QR code.

  3. Scan

The phone camera opens a page on cryptosticker.org.

  4. Crypto Sticker

The buyer sees the sticker and its passport.

  5. Sign-up

Signing in to the site links the sticker to the buyer's account.

  6. Collection

The sticker appears in the personal collection next to the others.

  7. Repeat contact

Upgrading a sticker takes a pair, so the buyer comes back for more.

What the mechanic offers

  • Engagement: the purchase unlocks a collectible item, not just a link.
  • Repeat contact: the collection and the pairs needed for upgrades give a reason to come back.
  • Collectible mechanics: series, factions and levels.
  • Gamification: collect a pair, upgrade a level — see Gamification.
  • Promotions and gifts: stickers can be gifted to other members — see Gifts.
  • Community: members talk in the chat and trade stickers on the Marketplace.

We do not promise any specific sales growth: the result depends on the product, the audience and how the QR code is placed.

Where to place the QR code

Cryptoscope is placed on the packaging, on the product itself or at the service point. The format and quantity are agreed when you join — send a request.
