Public Offer

1. General provisions

This document is a public offer by CRYPTO CONCERN LLP (the "Operator") to fully capable natural persons for the conclusion of a purchase agreement for the digital collectible object Crypto Sticker (a "cryptosticker") on the terms set out below. Placing an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.

The terms "cryptosticker", "cryptoscope" and "personal collection" are used with the meaning defined in the Terms of Use. This offer supplements that agreement with respect to the paid purchase itself.

2. Subject of the contract

The Operator transfers to the buyer the right to a cryptosticker — a unique entry in the Crypto Sticker registry with a serial number, image, level and internal nominal value, displayed in the buyer's personal collection. A cryptosticker is not a physical good and is not delivered by mail or courier: the right to it is secured by a record in the Operator's database immediately after payment is confirmed.

A full description, characteristics (series, level, nominal value) and price for each offer are shown on the "Store" page immediately before checkout. The price is stated in whole minor units of the selected currency and already includes the payment processing fee.

3. Payment

Payment by Visa/Mastercard bank card is processed through the certified payment gateway of a licensed payment services provider under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa / Mastercard Identity Check) where required by the card-issuing bank. The Operator does not receive or store the card number, expiry date or CVV/CVC code — this data is transmitted directly to the payment provider's secure environment and processed in accordance with the PCI DSS standard. PayPal may be offered as a separate payment method for international users. The exact list of payment methods currently active, and their operators, is shown on the "Store" page; payment buttons are unavailable until a provider is connected.

The buyer is advised to keep the electronic confirmation of payment (the provider's receipt and the order status in the personal account) as proof of the completed transaction.

4. Timing and method of receipt

Since a cryptosticker is a digital object, no physical delivery takes place. The right to a cryptosticker is secured for the buyer automatically, immediately after the payment provider confirms a stable payment, and becomes visible right away in the "My stickers" section of the personal account. Pickup points do not apply.

5. Protection of payer data

Data transmission is protected by the SSL/TLS cryptographic protocol between the buyer's browser and the payment gateway server. Bank card data is processed exclusively on the side of the payment provider, in its secure, PCI DSS-certified payment form, and never passes through the Operator's servers. The methods and means used to protect personal data that the Operator itself processes (account, transaction history, technical protection) are described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Returns and cancellation

The terms of refunding a payment, cancelling an order and the procedure for a chargeback are set out in the Refund Policy.

8. Validity of the offer

This offer remains valid until it is withdrawn or replaced by a new version on this page. As of the publication date, payment acceptance on the site is disabled (see the current status on the "Store" page); the provisions of this offer take effect for a specific order only once payment is enabled on the site and the buyer places an order.
