Terms of Use
This is a translation of the document for the reader's convenience. The Russian-language text is the legally binding version.
1. Acceptance of the agreement
By creating an account or continuing to use features that require an account, the user confirms that they have read and accepted this agreement and the Privacy Policy. Consent at registration is recorded by the user themselves and is stored together with the document version and the time of acceptance. If you do not agree with the terms, do not create an account and stop using the service.
The service is intended only for persons who are 18 years of age or older and have the necessary legal capacity. The user is responsible for the accuracy of this confirmation.
2. Terms and purpose of the service
Crypto Sticker is a digital service for virtual collectible objects. A "cryptosticker" means a unique entry in the Crypto Sticker registry with a serial number, image, level, nominal value and a history of permitted events. A "cryptoscope" means a physical QR carrier with a one-time activation secret. The personal collection is the section of the account that displays the cryptostickers secured for the user.
3. Legal and economic status
A cryptosticker is a virtual collectible object and an entry in a private registry. It is not a bank account, electronic money, cryptocurrency, security, investment product, share in a project, or an unconditional monetary claim against the operator. The nominal value is an internal parameter of Crypto Sticker's mechanics. It does not represent a market price, a yield, or a guaranteed buyback amount.
As of this revision, the service does not accept payments and does not perform currency conversion, money transfers, or automatic buyback payouts. Free gifting of a level I item and publishing a Marketplace listing priced in nominal units are not payment transactions. If monetary functions are launched, before confirming each operation the user will see the currency, exchange rate, fee, final amount, the calculation's period of validity, and any applicable special conditions.
4. QR activation and personal collection
A cryptoscope's secret is designed for one successful activation. The right to activate goes to whoever first correctly confirms a valid secret. Before activation, the user must keep the QR code and link confidential. The Operator is not liable for activation by a third party if the secret was voluntarily shared, published, or obtained due to insufficient protection of the user's device.
The account is personal. The user must not give other people access to their email, Google account, active session, or other sign-in means. Suspicious access should be reported immediately to support@cryptosticker.org.
5. Sticker operations
The set of required objects and the result of an upgrade are shown before confirmation. In a mutual Solars-and-Hearts upgrade, both selected cryptostickers keep their images and serial numbers, simultaneously receive the next level, a new internal nominal value, and a corresponding frame. No new, third object is created. Once the result is successfully recorded, the upgrade cannot be cancelled.
A level I Crypto Sticker can be transferred free of charge to another user via a separate one-time link valid for 24 hours. Before acceptance, the sticker is reserved for the sender; once another user accepts it, ownership passes to the recipient and the operation is not reversed. The recipient must not be the same person as the sender. For levels II and above a 10% fee applies; such a transfer is unavailable until payments are connected.
An owner may publish a Marketplace listing to sell a Crypto Sticker they own at a price they set themselves, for a chosen publication period. A sale is completed in full at the stated price. Listings priced in nominal units are presentational and create no obligation to buy or transfer the sticker. Listings priced in real currency become a contract of sale at the moment the buyer pays; once payment is confirmed, ownership passes to the buyer and the seller is credited 90% of the sale price, net of a 10% platform fee. Purchasing listings priced in real currency is unavailable until payment acceptance is launched on the site. An owner may withdraw a listing from sale as long as it has not been reserved by a buyer.
Any other future operation may consume the selected object only if this is shown clearly and prominently before confirmation. Interface rules may not covertly alter a user's other cryptostickers.
If the operator offers a buyback in the future, once a request is finally confirmed the user will not be able to cancel it, and the bought-back cryptostickers will disappear from the personal collection because they pass to the operator. The user's other objects are not "locked" as a result. The specific terms, price, fee, and moment of transfer will be shown before the request is confirmed.
6. Public registry and search
A cryptosticker's passport and the catalog may be accessible without signing in. They display the image, serial number, series, level, nominal value, status, and technical history. The owner's name, email, activation secret, and other non-public data are not published. The presence of a registry entry does not confirm a person's identity and does not replace a document of ownership of a physical item.
7. Payments and third-party providers
Once payments are launched separately, their processing may be carried out by licensed banks and payment organizations, including a card acquirer and PayPal, if the service is available to the operator and the user. The Operator does not receive the full bank card number or CVC code when the payment form is hosted by the payment provider. Additional terms, fees, refunds, and checks by the provider may apply. The terms of a specific purchase, payment, and refund are set out in the Public Offer and the Refund Policy.
Cryptocurrency acceptance is not enabled. Such a capability may appear only through a legally permitted, licensed provider and after a separate notice. Users must not transfer funds to addresses published by third parties on behalf of Crypto Sticker.
8. Prohibited actions
It is prohibited to forge serial numbers and QR codes, gain access to other people's accounts or personal collections, bypass restrictions, mass-automate requests without permission, disrupt the service's operation, distribute malicious code, or use Crypto Sticker in violation of applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
The name, source code, service structure, brand materials, and other elements of Crypto Sticker are protected by law and belong to the operator or are used on a lawful basis. Rights to individual images, trademarks, and third-party materials belong to their lawful rights holders. The user is granted a limited, revocable, and non-transferable right to use the interface as intended; it does not transfer any copyright in a cryptosticker's image.
The user may not copy the code, remove rights notices, impersonate the operator, commercially distribute images, or create a derivative service without appropriate permission. Reports of a possible rights infringement are accepted at legal@cryptosticker.org.
10. Availability, security, and changes
The service is provided as is. We strive to keep it stable and secure, but we do not guarantee continuous availability or the absence of errors. Features may be temporarily restricted for maintenance, user protection, or to comply with legal requirements.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the rights holder is not liable for indirect losses, decisions the user makes based on the internal nominal value, actions of third parties, or loss of access resulting from the user disclosing a QR code or sign-in credentials. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory legal rules.
The user is liable for damage caused by a wilful breach of this agreement, fraud, or unlawful use of the service. Nothing in this section overrides mandatory consumer rights and liability that the law prohibits limiting by contract.
12. Suspension and termination of access
Access may be suspended in the event of a breach of these terms, a security threat, an attempted fraud, or a lawful demand from an authorized body. Where possible, the user will be given a way to contact support.
13. Account closure by the user
The user may terminate this agreement and request account closure at legal@cryptosticker.org. After identity verification, active sessions are terminated and access to the personal collection is closed. Public cryptosticker passports remain part of the registry, but the link to the user is deleted or anonymized unless its retention is required by law, fraud protection, or an unresolved claim. Before fulfilling the request, the operator will explain which data cannot be deleted immediately, and why.
14. Governing law and inquiries
This agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subject to mandatory rules of the user's country of residence. Before going to court, the user may send a complaint to legal@cryptosticker.org. The Operator will review it and respond within the period provided by applicable law. The user retains the right to apply to an authorized body or court under the rules of mandatory jurisdiction.
15. Changes to the agreement
For material changes, a new version and its update date will be published on this page. If a change requires new consent, the service will request it separately before the relevant features continue to be available. The previous version applies to actions taken while it was in effect.
